Hydraulic Testing LPG Bullet

Hydraulic Testing LPG Bullet

The hydrostatic test includes filling the cylinder/bullet with a practically incompressible liquid like water and examining it for leaks or changes in shape. The test pressure is considerably higher than the operating pressure- generally, 150% of the working pressure is applied.A “hydro test” is an approved way to test the structural integrity of a compressed gas container. It is performed by removing the valve, filling the container with water, and then pressuring the container above its operating limit.
